About Richard Goldstein

In over 35 years as a lawyer, Richard Goldstein has handled an enormous variety of civil litigation matters.   As a government lawyer, he defended the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, MWRA, and dozens of government employees in employment discrimination, real estate, eminent domain, tax, administrative law, breach of contract, and tort cases.  He has served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Department of Justice, an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and as a senior litigation lawyer in several Massachusetts government agencies.  In private practice,  Mr. Goldstein  worked in both large and small law firms and was a litigation partner at a well-known Boston boutique law firm handling white collar defense, health care, and lobbying matters.

                 •     funded academic research and scientific misconduct, including health care litigation

                 •     Massachusetts lobbying, government ethics, conflict of interest, and campaign finance laws
