Depending upon your circumstances, we may be able to help you. If so, we may need to see your loan documents.
What if I
have no funds to hire a lawyer and have a consumer problem?
Depending
upon the problem, we may handle the case on a contingent fee basis.
What if the
amount of my loss is small?
We are still willing to talk to you. It may be the type of problem which has affected other consumers and we may be interested in prosecuting your case for you and other consumers as a class action.
How much
experience do you have in class actions?
We have
been handling class action cases for more than 25 years. We were commended
by the Court of Appeal in Lealao v. Beneficial California, Inc.
(2000) 82 Cal.App.4th 19, 54 for the manner in which that case was handled

charge for a telephone consultation. We also associate with other counsel
