Question:

Answer:

What if I have a consumer question?

Call us. We do not charge for consumer calls. Normally our first interview is at no charge.

If I entered into a loan and believe there is a problem with it, what should I do?

You should call us for an appointment or send us copies of your papers. Do not remove any staples when making copies. We will review your loan papers at no charge.

What if I have no funds to hire a lawyer and have a consumer problem?

Depending upon the problem, we can handle the case on a contingent fee basis where you would only pay us if the lawsuit is successful or we reach a satisfactory settlement.

What if the amount of my loss is small?

We are still willing to talk to you. It may be the type of problem which has affected other consumers and we may be interested.

How much experience do you have in class actions?

We have been handling class action cases for more than 25 years. We were commended by the Court of Appeal in Lealao v. Beneficial California, Inc. (2000) 82 Cal.App.4th 19, 54 for the manner in which that case was handled on behalf of the class. See Lawyers for a list of class actions in which we have been involved.

What if I am another attorney who wishes a consultation?

We do not charge for a telephone consultation. We also associate with other counsel in consumer protection and class action cases.
